Abouth the Authors | David Gulko is the author of Hawaiian Coral Reef Ecology. He has served for the U.S. Coral Reef Task Force and the U.S. Aquatic Nuisance Species Task Force, and is currently a coral reef ecologist with the State of Hawai‘i Department of Land and Natural Resources. Dr. Karen L. Eckert has been committed to sea turtle research and international conservation policy for more than two decades. In 1994, she was inducted by the United Nations into the “Global 500 Roll of Honor got Environmental Achievement,” and is currently Executive Director of the Wider Caribbean Sea Turtle Conservation Network (WIDECAST, Inc.). |
